This is a cake I made for the wedding of Annelies and Sam, near Shrewsbury.

Large red velvet cake, stand with about 230 macarons and small red velvet cake (that will be cut next year on 1st wedding anniversary)

Hello!

My name is Laura, in 2005 I moved from Italy to Scotland to follow my dream of living "the good life". I have a great passion for cooking and good food.

I have cooked all of my life and since 2008 I have managed to transform a hobby into a job. My specialties are homemade pasta, shellfish, roasts and puddings. I can help you organise your dinner parties, business lunches or come and cook for you and your friends during your holiday leaving you free to enjoy your time out on the hills, stalking, fishing or just having a rest from your busy life.

A full cooked breakfast will get you started for the day, then packed lunches, picnics, yummy cakes for afternoon tea and finally a three course dinner.

I also bake celebration and wedding cakes, bespoken to your requirements and dietary needs
